How does the planning process work?
It starts with a free 20-minute call. We learn how you travel — pace, preferences, pet peeves. Within a week, you receive a first-draft itinerary built around your conversation. We revise until it's right, then handle every booking, every transfer, every restaurant reservation. You travel. We handle the rest.
What does a trip cost?
Our private itineraries typically start at $3,200 per person for a long weekend and scale from there. A planning fee applies to all trips — it covers the research, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination that goes into a Vantage itinerary. We're transparent about costs from the first call.
How large are the groups?
Most Vantage trips are private — just you and your travel companions. For travelers who enjoy meeting others, we occasionally run small-group departures capped at 8 people. You'll always know the group size before you commit.
What happens if plans need to change?
Life happens. If you need to shift dates, swap a city, or extend a stay, your advisor handles it. We build flexibility into every itinerary and maintain relationships with our partners worldwide so changes are smooth, not stressful.
How are advisors matched to travelers?
By destination expertise and travel style. If you're drawn to slow, immersive trips in Japan, you'll work with the advisor who's spent the most time there and shares your rhythm. The match is personal — and it's why our travelers come back.
